How access-request information is used.

When you submit the access-request form, Beacon receives the information you provide so that we can assess and respond to your enquiry. We do not use the form to collect sensitive project documentation.

Your name, work email, organisation, role, initiative type and the message you provide.

Purpose

To respond to your enquiry, discuss access and the most appropriate starting point and maintain a record of relevant commercial correspondence.

Sharing

Information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers used to host the website and manage correspondence.
