We have been project owners and independent reviewers. We have also built and deployed technology in complex industrial environments. Beacon comes from joining those two kinds of experience.
Our story
We have spent our careers around consequential investments: capital-intensive projects, operating assets, engineering, risk, commercial decisions and portfolio choices where the cost of seeing the problem late can be significant.
We have been accountable for projects ourselves and have reviewed and challenged them for others. That taught us that the evidence behind a decision is rarely static, and that independent value assurance is most useful when it stays close to the work rather than arriving only at a formal gate.
We also come from technology and digital: building products, deploying industrial software and using new technology to improve how organisations work. Beacon is the result — professional value assurance made continuous through robust, evidence-led software.
